• International shipping: Calculated at checkout. Duties/taxes are your responsibility.

Note: Carrier delays happen (blame weather, gnomes, or fate). We’ll hustle to fix any issues.

"Seeing Is Believing… But Screens Vary"

• Gemstones are nature’s art—colors shift under different light, angles, and screens. Your monitor/phone may not match reality exactly.

• We photograph every stone in multiple lights (sunlight, indoor, etc.) and disclose all flaws visible under loupe.

• That said, micro-inclusions or hue nuances sometimes evade even our pro cameras.

Bottom line: We’d never mislead you. But if a stone isn’t perfect for you, returns are accepted within [X] days.

✅ Accepted:

• Unworn, unaltered items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Non-custom gems/jewelry with all certificates and tags intact.

• Wrong/damaged items? Email us within 48 hours at [NeonPalmsGems@gmail.com] with photos. (We’ll cover return shipping.)

❌ Not Accepted:

• Custom/personalized pieces (made just for you—no take-backsies).

• Items damaged after delivery (e.g., worn gems with new scratches).

• Returns without prior notice (always email us first!).

📦 How to Return:

1. Email us for a return authorization number (no surprises, please).

2. Ship items back via tracked mail (you cover return shipping unless it’s our error).

3. Refunds process in 3–5 business days after we inspect the return.
